You are goal-driven with a proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies that will generate leads, boost conversions, and drive sales of our product(s). Alongside the Director of Product Marketing, you will oversee future product launches and develop effective product marketing strategies to increase exposure and build loyal audiences for our product lines and our brand in general. You will work closely with product, sales and marketing team members to create top-performing marketing campaigns that will increase brand awareness and ensure high ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth market research to understand our target audience’s wants, needs, pain points, and possible buying objections
  • Document and map out the customer journey of our potential buyers and adjust our marketing strategies based on your projections
  • Plan and participate in activities related to releases of new products in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Ensure that all of our product-relevant marketing activities adhere to the brand messaging guidelines and resonate with our target audience
  • Collect customer testimonials and references and create and edit case studies for our website and other promotional materials
  • Draft product release/launch emails, blogs, social copy, video scripts, etc.
  • Update product information on the company’s website and ensure all marketing collateral features the correct, most recent product information
  • Leverage marketing and sales tools to gather relevant information on buyers, the market, and ever-changing digital trends


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product/brand marketing
  • 2+ years in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Campaign launch and management experience
  • Knowledge of product feedback loop processes and project management tools
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with different team members across various functions and departments
  • Ability to set priorities and make data-driven decisions

About our office and remote work

We are located in downtown Toronto with nearby access to both of the main subway lines. Currently, we are all working from home; we encourage our teams to work from wherever they are most productive, and many of us will continue to work from home in the future, either full-time or partially. While we're all working remotely, we’ve come up with a few ways to keep everyone on the same page, including a quick company-wide check-in every Monday, remote coffee breaks on Fridays, and ad hoc topical sharing sessions.
