You will work directly with clients to design and build their website on our proprietary CMS platform. You will help them develop their digital strategy to ensure they get the most out of our product. Through conversations with customers, you will uncover powerful product insights that you will share with our team to make our products even better. We can’t stress enough the importance of this task. You will be directly working with small, independent businesses - helping them build their first point of contact with their customers. Our revolutionary tech will not only help them establish a leading digital presence, but also arm them with the most advanced sales tools in the industry!

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with customers to help them create sophisticated websites through our CMS platform
  • Become a go-to resource for your customers & dedicated accounts, making tailored recommendations to help them unlock their full digital potential
  • Help guide our product roadmap based on insights uncovered during conversations
  • Create processes that improve efficiencies across our web team, both internally and externally
  • Help drive new business through creating custom demos for key accounts

  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving

About our office and remote work

We are located in downtown Toronto with nearby access to both of the main subway lines. Currently, we are all working from home; we encourage our teams to work from wherever they are most productive, and many of us will continue to work from home in the future, either full-time or partially. While we're all working remotely, we’ve come up with a few ways to keep everyone on the same page, including a quick company-wide check-in every Monday, remote coffee breaks on Fridays, and ad hoc topical sharing sessions. Another big upside is you get to be around your pets and plants (if you have them).
