What You'll Do

  • Reporting to the VP Product, you will lead Leap Tools’ product marketing implementation strategy, planning and execution
  • Ensure alignment on Product Marketing initiatives and their priorities
  • Help focus the contributions of our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering team members throughout Product campaigns
  • Drive product adoption and retention through analysis, response, and a focus on the results
  • Help us better understand our customers so that we may better respond and anticipate their needs


    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong analytical skills, involving market data, business performance metrics, and KPIs
    • The ability to develop and implement processes in order to scale and sustain successful product marketing
    • Experience in the technology field a definite asset, supported by a track record of quality work

      About our office and remote work

      We are located in downtown Toronto with nearby access to both of the main subway lines. Currently, we are all working from home; we encourage our teams to work from wherever they are most productive, and many of us will continue to work from home in the future, either full-time or partially. While we're all working remotely, we’ve come up with a few ways to keep everyone on the same page, including a quick company-wide check-in every Monday, remote coffee breaks on Fridays, and ad hoc topical sharing sessions.
