What You’ll do

  • Work with marketing leadership to develop, diagnose and optimize a demand program strategy that supports objectives for building high-quality, influenced pipeline, and revenue from target accounts
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and create messaging that aligns with the Ideal Customer Profile, product/platform offering, and how they play into building programs that will help us achieve our revenue goals
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, including campaign architecture, segmentation, data quality, and reporting
  • Measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data
  • Enhance the buyer journey as it relates to content development and inbound marketing efforts


    Requirements

    • Five years of B2B marketing experience
    • Capacity to demonstrate your ability to deliver business results through integrated, multi-touch campaigns and programs
    • Insight gathering and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources (data providers, social analysis, engagement scores)
    • Strong understanding and usage of Hubspot and Salesforce, including orchestrating, customizing, and executing campaigns, and tracking and measuring performance
    • Solid background in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that use email, events, webinars, digital advertising, and social media
    • Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth

      About our office and remote work

      We are located in downtown Toronto with nearby access to both of the main subway lines.
