What you’ll do:

  • Develop, execute and support an SEO/SEM strategy for an entire product vertical
  • Leverage your expertise to optimize both traffic and conversion rates for our customers
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Support our product roadmap, ensuring that SEO best practices are properly implemented during the development process
  • Work across departments to ensure that SEO considerations are accounted for in the content creation process
  • Stay on-top of latest trends to ensure our websites are always one step (or ten steps!) ahead of the competition
  • Conduct ongoing audits to track progress, presenting your findings to management and refining your strategy accordingly


  • Proven track record of SEO/SEM success
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills, with a passion to use data to inform decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with a variety of website analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

About our office and remote work

We are located in downtown Toronto with nearby access to both of the main subway lines. Currently, we are all working from home; we encourage our teams to work from wherever they are most productive, and many of us will continue to work from home in the future, either full-time or in part. While we're all working remotely, we’ve come up with a few ways to keep everyone on the same page, including a quick company-wide check-in every Monday, remote coffee breaks on Fridays, and ad hoc topical sharing sessions. Another big upside is you get to be around your pets and plants (if you have them).
