What You'll Do

  • Grow a book of Enterprise customers by leading a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue retention and drive growth within our Enterprise customer base
  • Establish and expand relationships with key stakeholders and executives in your book of business
  • Execute strategic initiatives that will help the Customer Experience (CX) department meet their objectives
  • Serve as the voice of our Enterprise customers to our internal teams - including Product, Sales, and Leadership
  • Partner with internal teams to drive best-in-class customer experiences
  • Influence the strategic direction of the wider CX team
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to ensure CSMs meet or exceed their performance goals
  • Support CSMs and customers on escalations and challenging situations

Requirements

  • Experience working within a leadership or management position
  • Direct experience growing revenue from Enterprise customers
  • Tech savvy and rapid learner; comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, workflow and project management software
  • Past achievements in improving processes and handling difficult, complex situations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in SaaS or working with eCommerce companies, big box retailers, home décor brands, or real estate companies

About our office and remote work

We are located in downtown Toronto with nearby access to both of the main subway lines. Currently, we are all working from home; we encourage our teams to work from wherever they are most productive, and many of us will continue to work from home in the future, either full-time or partially. While we're all working remotely, we’ve come up with a few ways to keep everyone on the same page, including a quick company-wide check-in every Monday, remote coffee breaks on Fridays, and ad hoc topical sharing sessions.
